Cancel or Change Your Order

If you need to modify your order, please act quickly. Once your order has been processed, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Order Changes

•       To modify items or update your shipping address, please contact us within 3 hours of placing your order.

•       Requests received after this window cannot be guaranteed, as your order may have already entered our fulfillment process.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of being placed. After this window, orders automatically enter our fulfillment queue and cannot be cancelled, as processing and shipment begin immediately.

If an order cannot be cancelled because it has already entered processing or shipment, you remain eligible to return the products once delivered, provided all return conditions above are met.

After Shipping

•       Once your order has shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

•       If you have changed your mind, you may still return the items after delivery in line with our Returns and Refunds Policy.
